OUR MISSION

Stoneham Community Action Network (Stoneham CAN) is a catalyst and resource for resident-driven, grassroots initiatives that support social and environmental sustainability, strengthen community connection,  and enhance the livability of Stoneham, MA. We provide essential support—such as funding, volunteers, partnership, visibility, and administrative infrastructure—to help local projects grow in capacity and impact. Our programming celebrates Stoneham’s rich history and uplifts its growing diversity with a forward-looking spirit. Together, we empower residents to bring creative, innovative ideas to life and make Stoneham a vibrant place to live, work, and play.
